type TRBOptions = set of (roConstrained, roProportional);

Description

Determines how the rubber band layer shall behave when being modified:

roConstrained – enables calling of the OnConstrain event to constrain the size and position of the layer to a given maximum or minimum;
roProportional – defines that the rubber band layer shall only resize proportionally, ie. keeping the aspect ratio.
